Richard Billman , O.D.

Dr Rick Billman graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1979.

After graduation he returned to his hometown of Jackson, Ohio to begin his Optometry practice.

Dr Billman has a general primary care practice, including general vision examinations, contact lenses, cosmetic and safety eyeware, treatment of the eye disease, and post surgical eye care. Dr. Billman also has a part-time office in Oak Hill, Ohio.

Dr Billman is a member of the Ohio Optometric
Association , American Optometric Association, Jackson Lions Club, and First Presbyterian church of Jackson.

His personal interests include golf and artistic designs in different media.
